It was the last night of beavers, which was celebrated by a game of bowling. It has been an interesting year with both boys eventually joining beavers. The boys have gone hiking, made crafts, been camping and to special events, most of which they have enjoyed. There have also been many struggles; coping with the behaviour of other children, learning to talk with an adult they don't know very well, having their voice acknowledged, making decisions that feel right. I am not sure they will go back, but they have ended it with positive words.
