Almost three weeks old and their down is being replaced by feathers, and their combs are starting to grow. Their feet are getting big and they are inbetween looking like chicks and mini chickens.

I love this stage of "chickenhood", they look so scruffy and goofy. Are yours Barred Rocks?
The kids commented how they wish they could stop the chicks from growing up so quickly....I said I knew how they felt, and have been saying that for a long time now!
They are Barred Rocks Steph- they do look goofy. I am surprised at how attached I have become to them!
