For the KubKar races, the kids are each given a kit. Each one contains a block of wood, four wheels and four nails to hold the wheels on. That is it. From this block of wood, they choose designs, helped carve out the shape using carpentry tools, sanding it down. They then painted, choose accessories, varnished, added the details. They worked really hard and they were really pleased with their finished products.
