Tradition

Without committing to anything, I think I may have started a new tradition for Shai's birthday. Last year I made him a cardigan with a felted sweater. This year I decided (the day before :) to make him a vest. Again, I recycled an old sweater and felted it, cut out the pieces, and used roving to felt on an underwater theme. I blanket stitched the edges and voila! So perhaps this will be a yearly tradition....perhaps.
